I hear the weather in Clayton, Indiana is going to be in the 80's this weekend. Perfect weather for a waffle cone filled with butter pecan, moosetracks, or mint chocolate chippy ice cream. I am jealous of all of you who get to enjoy it before I get home.

I will leave here in like 75 days, and then bunny hop to the shop and create ice cream art. Food art, but I get to eat the results. {giggle}
